Davis has been visiting the Greensboro area since the late 1980's and moved to Greensboro in 2022.  Davis was involved in many software consulting companies that provided clients with information highlighting the high and low performance aspects of their businesses, allowing them to make decisions to optimize their operations.

Davis is now chair of the Greensboro Wastewater Advisory Committee, helping the village find wastewater options.

Davis enjoys cycling, cross-country skiing and hiking.
