LVRT Trailhead and Bend Park Upgrades

This summer, GCT is continuing to enhance the Greensboro Bend trailhead:

  • A new portable restroom enclosure with an ADA accessible port-a-let (in collaboration with the Town of Greensboro and NVDA)

  • More established pollinator gardens heading into their second season of growth to bring color and support the local ecosystem (in collaboration with Greensboro Conservation Commission, Greensboro Association, and Pollinator Friendly Greensboro)

  • Exploring greater connectivity and a safer Main Street in collaboration with Greensboro’s Recreation Committee we are looking into ways to grow community use of the Bend Park, trailhead, and surrounding areas.
